Rservice - Owners

1. Who can register for RService?

RService is only available for Owners (and Tenants) who actually live in the building. Owner-Investors cannot access RService.
Please note that not every building has RService.

2. I am an Owner-Occupant, how do I register for RService?

Please go to owners.ranchovan.com/ownersRegistration.cfm and register to myRanchoStrata. If you already registered to myRanchoStrata, your individual log-in is the same for RService.

3. Can my wife/husband/partner also register for RService?

Since only the person who is on title can register under myRanchoStrata, you may get your wife/husband/partner to register separately to RService if his/her name(s) is not on title by clicking on the Tenant Registration Form below. Please note that the Tenant Registration Form must be accompanied by a Form K signed by the Landlord or the person on title.
